1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

In their original packaging with tags and labels intact

Items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms are not covered under this policy.
3. Reasons for Exchange
We accept exchanges in the following situations:

The product delivered is defective or damaged.

The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong color, design, or item).

You would like to exchange for a different saree of equal or higher value (in this case, the price difference will be charged).

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, Asawali will cover the cost of return and re-shipping.

Exchanges are processed only once per order.

We do not guarantee exchange for color variations caused by screen or lighting differences, as minor variations are natural in Paithani sarees.

At Asawali, each saree is carefully inspected and packed to ensure quality and accuracy. We request you to read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Applicability
This Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Asawali’s official website. We do not accept responsibility for purchases made through third-party platforms, resellers, or unauthorized sellers.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

In case of an approved return for a COD order (wrong or damaged product), store credit or exchange may be offered at Asawali’s discretion

No cash or bank refunds will be processed for COD payments
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric characteristics

Such variations are natural and are not considered defects.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Shipping Charges
